About the Business
Pitts Ranch Park was established in 2003 and features: 10 acres, picnic tables, BBQ, play equipment, restrooms, tennis courts, softball field, basketball court & lighted walking path. Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District maintains 28 parks in the Camarillo area. We invite you to check out each one and experience the different amenities that each one provides. Our parks feature: basketball courts, dog parks, fitness equipment, handball courts, hiking trails, horseshoe pits, open green space, BBQs, picnic tables, playground equipment, reservable picnic shelters, tennis courts, volleyball courts, skate park, walking track, pickleball courts, lighted sports fields, R/C track, Nature Center, BMX track, hockey rink, public restrooms & more. Our recreation department provides a wide variety of classes, sports, youth enrichment programs, camps, Senior Center, Aquatic Center and special events to name a few. 805-482-1996

Hi Max, unfortunately we do not offer any adult soccer classes or leagues, but I've seen people out playing soccer. Maybe try Meetup to find a group?

2833431337Apr 29, 20241 check-inThis is a nice quiet park for a picnic, party or even band practice. I was on the lookout for a place to enjoy my book and company. There was a group of elderly folk playing their instruments in unison, it was absolutely delightful. Spacious, super green and overall chill vibes.

Luis L.Port Hueneme, CA25162112Jun 26, 2016Great park to picnic. But it only has one small shades pavilion so if it is reserved you are out of luck. Otherwise it is great for small gatherings but bring some small tents in the summer the trees are not that big and provide minimal shade. Kids play ground is average just a standard playground I've seen other parks with better equipment. If you want to catch up or meet someone to chat with this is the park it is very peaceful.

Not on off leash dog park. The park is off of Flynn road. A bonus is adjacent to the park is a path for walking, running, biking and it's several miles long and leads to village at the park on one end. So if you come here plan on staying for several hours having some fun and enjoy playing some of your favorite sports.

Sylvia S.Oxnard, CA23819Apr 30, 2015This park is a gem as it has a large grassy area , rest rooms, walking path , play ground, baseball diamond and basketball court. There are doggy bags available and waste cans located right along the walking path. The grounds are very well maintained and there are benches as well as picnic tables with bbq pits. A very nice place to park your car and enjoy this wonderful open space. This is my first time here but it will definitely not be my last.
