Lifeguard Certification Class
Upon successful completion of this 36+ hour class you will be certified as an American Red Cross Lifeguard. (Lifeguard Cert, CPR/AED and First Aid) The following prerequisites will be tested at the pool on the first day of class: 300 yard swim, tread water without the use of hands, retrieve a 10lb object from depth of 7+ feet, and other required skills. A $35 fee is due to the American Red Cross prior to starting the course. Instructor will contact you regarding the fee. View our Activity Guide for a current listing of classes. CPR for the Professional Rescuer
This course is designed for people with job-related duties in emergency preparedness and response. It teaches students to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants, and to use an AED. View our Activity Guide for a current listing of classes.

Standard First Aid
This class will teach you the basics on how to deal with hot/cold emergencies, shock, stroke awareness, injuries such as cuts, bruises, chemcial burns, heat burns and more.
