Fee: $199.00 - $249.00
Upon successful completion of this 36+ hour class you will be certified as an American Red Cross Lifeguard (Lifeguard Cert, CPR/AED and First Aid). The following prerequisites will be tested at the pool on the first day of class: 300 yard swim, tread water without the use of hands, retrieve a 10lb object from depth of 7+ feet, and other required skills. CPR/AED/ First Aid Adult and Child
This course is designed to teach students to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in Adults, children, and infants and to use and AED. Standard First Aid will teach you the basics on how to deal with hot/cold emergencies, shock, stroke awareness, and injuries such as cuts, bruises, chemical burns, heat burns, and more.
