Want to Be a Pleasant Valley Aquatic Center Lifeguard?
We are looking for energetic and dynamic people who enjoy working with the public and would like to join our team of professional lifeguards for the 2016 Fall Season.
Each year the Aquatic Center holds several Lifeguard Tryouts. All tryouts will be held at the Pleasant Valley Aquatic Center located at 1030 Temple Avenue, Camarillo. Interviews will be held immediately following the successful completion of a swim test and water assessment skills. Arrive on time, be prepared to swim, and bring a completed District Application, Lifeguard Supplemental, Lifeguard Availability and copies of all certifications. Must have a current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification in order to tryout.

Please submit a completed District Application and Supplemental form to the Aquatic Center prior to tryout.

If all of your American Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR certifications are current we encourage you to apply.

You must fill out the District Employee Application, Lifeguard Supplemental, and attach current certifications for your application to be complete.
Lifeguard Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have all of the required American Red Cross Certifications prior to the start of employment.
