Introduction to Ukulele, and Hawaiian guitar-Wednesday

This class will introduce you to the easily-played ukulele or open tuned guitar through graded exercises and songs. No prior experience necessary. You will need to bring your own working ukulele or guitar.

Programs from Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Health Institute include fall prevention, arthritis, rehabilitation and more. These programs are recognized by the CDC as evidence based.

BOLLYWOOD DANCE FITNESS (Low Intensity Training)-Saturday

Learn new South Asian dance styles including Bollywood, Bhangra and Folk! Inspired by upbeat, exciting music Bollywood Indian movies! An exhilarating, easy to follow, effective and fun dance fitness program. Beginners welcome!

For those with little or no Meditation experience. Class will offer basic instruction in mindfulness Meditation based on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, Daniel Siegal, Jack Kornfield and others. Using guided meditation, walking, quiet practice and discussion class will help you establish a regular practice.
Gentle Chair Yoga-Wednesday

Not everyone can get up and down off the floor easily, making traditional yoga classes difficult. With the help of a chair anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility and strength. Chair yoga is recommended for those with arthritis, osteoporosis, cancer recovery, carpal tunnel syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, multiple sclerosis, post-op rehabilitation, and others with limited mobility.

Exercise for good health! This instructor led workout introduces moderate exercise emphasizing functional fundamentals for adults in a reinforcing environment. Thursdays 6:15-7:15pm
