Diabetes & Grey Law
These FREE educational sessions introduce basic information about Type 2 Diabetes with emphasis on the development of an individualized plan of care that includes diet, medication, exercise and blood sugar monitoring.
New developments in Diabetes and common management problems will also be addressed.
Free literature and demonstration equipment will be available. Registration is not necessary.
Sessions are facilitated by a volunteer nurse from Livingston Memorial Visiting Nurse Association.

Please call GREY LAW at (805) 658-2266 to make a free appointment. If they can assist you they will schedule a meeting with you at the Pleasant Valley Senior Center.
