Flu Shot Clinic

Check back soon for 2017 Flu Shot Clinic Dates! Please call the Pleasant Valley Senior Center for more information. Open to the public (4 years old & above). First come, First serve! Camarillo Community Center. Coordinated by Dignity Health, St. John's Regional Medical Hospitals in collaboration with Ventura County Public Health, and local Senior Sites. 

Military Veterans EXPO

Saturday, August 26th from 10am-2pm in the Community Center Auditorium. The purpose of this EXPO is to allow veterans (active duty and retired) and military widows to have the opportunity to discover what benefits and privileges they are entitled to and what the
represented agencies have to offer them in benefits and discounts. All branches of the military are invited. The Veteran's Center Van as well as the Mobile Health Van from St. John's Hospital will be present along with over 50 other vendors with informational booths. “Brought to you through a partnership between the Ventura County Military Collaborative and Pleasant Valley Recreation and Parks District. Lunch & a Movie

Free Monthly Movie + $5 Lunch. On the first Thursday of every month at the Community Center Auditorium, 1605 E. Burnley Street Camarillo, CA 93010. Lunch is served in the auditorium from 12-1pm for $5 and is open to anyone age
50+. Reservation and payment required by the Friday before the lunch date. Call (805) 482-4881 to sign-up for lunch! Lunch menu subject to change at short notice. Movie will be show on the BIG screen in the auditorium at 1pm. Snacks are available for purchase.

Rummage Sale

Saturday, October 7, 2017  7:00am to 1:00pm at the Community Center Parking Lot, 1605 E. Burnley Street, Camarillo. SELL YOUR STUFF! Clean out your closets. Unclutter your garage. Make some extra cash! Reserve one parking space for $25 or two parking spaces for $45 and three spaces for $65. ONLY CASH PAYMENTS OR
CASHIERS CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Application available in Senior Center Office or click here to download. The entire Camarillo community is invited to enjoy the great shopping deals! Tech Help

The Pleasant Valley Senior Center provides a free semi annual program that assists people in gaining the knowledge and skills to confidently use their different gadgets. Local high school and
university students will show you how to use the basic functions of your iPhone, iPad, iPod, digital camera, cell phone or laptop computer. We have even had someone come in to ask about their printer problems. Because the number of volunteers are limited, reservations are required so please call (805) 482-4881. Wii Bowling 

Sign-up now and join us for an opportunity to get fit and have fun while getting some low-impact exercise. This game uses a wireless remote to follow players’ movements as they mimic the actions of bowling without lifting a ball. No prior bowling experience necessary!
Bowling Hours:
Monday: 9AM, 10AM & 11AM
Thursday: 12PM, 1PM & 2PM
Please call in advance to sign-up. There is a maximum of four players for each one hour session.
