Adult Basketball

Adult BasketballThe Pleasant Valley Recreation and Park District offers three Adult Basketball seasons (Spring, Summer and Fall) each year for all teams.

The spring and fall leagues are 10 week seasons and the summer season is 5 weeks.

Basketball leagues are offered for Men and women.

Summer Registration Dates May 30 - June 7. Play begins June 19.

Men’s Leagues

     
  • Monday Men’s Open
  • Tuesday Men’s C-
  • Wednesday Men’s C

Women’s Leagues

  • Thursday Open

Adult Divisions

Divisions for men are in descending order from upper to lower level:

  • C league (upper)
  • C- league (lower)
  • Open is any ability

Game Location

Men & Womens League games are played at:

Monte Vista
(888 Lantana Street) or
Las Colinas
(5750 Fieldcrest Drive)

Registration

For Roster and Team Registration Information
You must have a completed roster which includes:

  • 8 players, (minimum) 12 players, (maximum)
  • Necessary information regarding players. (addresses & phone)
  • Each player's signature on the back of the roster.
  • Manager’s information and signature.

2. Complete registration fee:

  • Cash, Check, Visa, Master Card or American Express accepted.

*If a team that returns was deemed to have been a higher caliber team in the previous league, the league director has the right to move that team up a division. The same goes for a team that may be of a lower caliber, the league director may put that team in a lower division. The leagues for this eligibility are Spring & Fall only.

At the end of the registration period, the league director will make the schedules and post on Team Sideline after completing all of the leagues.

If you are an individual player looking to get on a team, please send an e-mail ldbinney@pvrpd.org to Leave your full name and a phone number in which a manager can contact you. Please note if you are interested in men’s women’s or coed leagues and what level you play at (upper, middle or lower).

Schedules and scores are posted regularly at Team Sideline. Just click on the league you are in and the score of the previous night’s game will show the results of the game.

In the event that rain, fog, fire/smoke, equipment failure, emergencies or other situations may jeopardize that night’s games please call the Field Condition line at (805) 482-1996 ext 17 for an up to date field conditions.
