Mel Vincent Park

Great park for the family and to have gatherings. It also has a sand volleyball area which is great so i don't have to drive to the beach for a sand workout.
Nice basketball court and small area for a quick workout. The restrooms could be managed better, though. Too many ants.

My kids like coming to this park. The main play structure is cute it looks like a treehouse! They also have a smaller play structure for the smaller kids, they have a volleyball court and a basketball court.
They have gender neutral facilities that are kept pretty clean considering it's a public bathroom. I saw that they have tables for gatherings as well. But it looks like you have to make reservations for them. Cute park if you are looking for something to do with kids or even to hang out for a couple of hours.

Decent sized park in between some homes and townhomes of Camarillo.
There are two volleyball courts that do have clean sand so your babies can play in there.
One basketball court
Two playgrounds, one for big kids and one for toddlers.
There are only 4 swings. Kind of crappy since it's 2 for toddlers and 2 for big kids. It's a small park but they should of added more swings.

On the opposite side of the park there is a fitness center with all types of FREE equipment.


There is one covered picnic area with tables.
Plenty of benches for watching your kids play around the playground as well throughout the park.

There is a parking lot for the park and you can also park along the street

There are NO BATHROOMS at this location.
There is currently construction going on in this area so you will hear the constant hum of equipment and it's a little dusty.

Nice park, lots of open space. Not a lot of shade though, except for the picnic area. I like the volleyball courts and the swings and play structure. It is nice to have another park in the area.
