Senior Programs
The Senior Center is currently closed due to COVID-19 restrictions and is currenlty only offering food distribution services.
Enjoy complimentary drop-in activities, weekly games and free or low-cost services with other mature adults. Activities are listed in alphabetical order below. Programs are located at the Senior Center (1605 E. Burnley Street in Camarillo), unless otherwise noted.
AARP Driver Safety
Mature driving classes offer one-day refresher or two-day introductory courses.

These are ACBL sanctioned games and are director facilitated.

Diabetes Info Clinic
A nurse from Livingston Nurse’s Association will present information about Type 2 Diabetes with emphasis on diet, medication, exercise, and blood sugar monitoring.

Exercise Morning Stretch

Food Distribution
No registration necessary, just drive up to the Senior Center building and wait in line curbside for our staff to come out to you. Please bring a bag that you would like us to fill with food for you. Food donated by Food Share and Grocery Outlet. One bag per household. While supplies last.

Hand & Foot Card Games
This card game is played with partners and the goal is to get rid of cards in your hand (11 cards) and meld them with your foot hand (11 cards).

Walking Group
Walk your worries away. Did you know that walking just 30 minutes a day helps improve your digestion, immune system, sleep, mood, and creativity! Bring a friend or make new friends by joining us in walking laps on the flat ground around the park perimeter. Get your daily exercise in early. Once a month we will meet at a local Camarillo eatery for breakfast and socializing.
