We organize numerous special events and activities throughout the year for our community to enjoy. Many of these events have space for vendor booths: If you are a food vendor, craft vendor, or would like to have a booth to promote your organization, please contact us to learn more.

Be a Vendor! 

Here are all the current Vendor Opportunities for food and dessert trucks, goods and services, and information vendors. Food and Dessert Truck vendor spaces will be limited at each event.

Vendor applications received after the late deadline will not be considered for a booth/space.

How to Become a Vendor:

1. Complete the vendor application per event .  

2. Applications will be reviewed for approval.   

3. Upon approval, insurance requirements will be requested based on the vendor type. 

4. Upon receiving insurance certificates, an invoice will be sent for payment of vendor booth. (events will be invoices separately).

5. Pay for your vendor booth and your all set to be a PVRPD event vendor!
