Ran Rancho Park 

Currently in the construction phase.

A new housing development in the works is bringing a new 5-acre park to the community/District. In January 2008 the City of Camarillo approved the Springville Specific Plan. 

Scope of Work

The board was presented park design options in 2020. 

Park Specs:

  • 2 Playgrounds ( 0 yrs. – 5 yrs., 5 yrs. – 12 yrs. )
  • 2 Small Pavilions & Pergola Areas over benches
  • Restroom Facility
  • 2-Acres of open/green space
  • Basketball Courts
  • 4 Pickleball Courts
  • Fitness equipment
  • Dog Park – Artificial Turf
  • Corn Hole/Bocce Ball Areas
