The Administrative Department is responsible for the administrative operations of the District. Encompassing customer service, finance, human resources, facility reservations and special projects, the Administrative Department serves as the nuts and bolts of the District.

Human Resources

The Human Resources division has a leadership role to provide service in support of the other District divisions and departments in meeting their service delivery responsibilities to the public by promoting the concept that all employees are the District's most valuable resource.

Finance

Pleasant Valley Recreation & Park District is contracted with Moss, Levy, and Hertzheim, LLC through fiscal year ending June 30, 2027 to perform the District's annual audit of its financial status.
